Mike Bormann
With over 25 years' experience as a facilitator, 18 of those as director of Jojara & Associates, Mike has worked with hundreds of teams and a diverse range of clients including corporate, government, health, educational, sporting and community teams.
Mike's work and study history is diverse. Initially working in a bank, Mike then spent a year building the Ghan railway line and a year on the North West Gas Project prior to hand building his stone house south of Margaret River. He has managed his own organic market garden, studied sports science and worked as a sports masseur & fitness instructor. Following this, Mike spent many years working with Merribrook Adventures learning the skills of facilitation.
His focus now is very much on designing programs that allow business, teams and individuals to thrive. He includes both indoor and outdoor experiential learning activities that provide motivating, practical and effective learning outcomes. Mike enjoys being able to share the wisdom of the diverse group of people he has worked with. He has a dual focus on both high performance and personal wellbeing. Mike still lives on his farm at Karridale enjoying the South West lifestyle using his beautiful property as a base for his work.
